At Smooche, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
